      1. Material confirmation

       1, 4 Insert Bobbin correctly into the fixture, generally marked as 1 foot (beveled by pin 1). If the drawing is not indicated, then 1 foot is facing the machine.
       1, 5 must be wrapped in acetic acid cloth according to the requirements of the engineering drawings, close to the sides of Bobbin, and then wrap the line on the specified Pin (or first hook line) and start winding, in principle, the winding should be specified Winding within the range.
      2, winding method
       According to the requirements of high-frequency transformers, the way of winding can be roughly divided into the following
       2, 1 layer of close winding: wiring only occupies one layer, there is a gap between the tight line and the line, neat winding
       2, 2 Equal winding: Winding at equal intervals within the winding range, the interval error can be accepted within 20%.
       2, 3 multi-layer dense winding, can not be wound in one winding layer, must be wound to the second layer or more than two layers, some winding methods are divided into three cases a, arbitrary winding: neatly arranged to a certain extent, to reach the most In the upper layer, the wiring is disordered and uneven, which is the roughest winding method in the winding. b. The whole column is closely wound: almost all the wirings are neatly arranged, but there are a number of wirings that are disorderly (about 30% of the total, and about 5% of the number of turns) c. Completely arranged and wounded: winding to the uppermost layer It is disorderly, and the windings are arranged neatly. This is the most difficult winding method in the winding.

       3, 4 When the transformer has a Teflon casing and there is a folding line, the Teflon casing to be added to the inlet and outlet lines must be flush with the Bobbin groove, and the wire should be taken out from the Bobbin groove to prevent the casing from being too long.        3, 5 When the acetate cloth is added as the barrier wall tape in the transformer, the wall strip must be close to the two sides of the model. When the line package is too fat and the leakage inductance is too high, it is required that the overlap of the acetate cloth above 2TS should not exceed 5MM. The acetate cloth wrapped in a circle only needs to pack 0.9T, leaving a gap to facilitate the good penetration of the water into the bottom layer. The width of the acetate cloth is related to the safety requirements of the transformer. The width of the VED winding is 3.2mm.
